Lydia currently holds MAI & AI-GRS Designations from the Appraisal Institute. Additionally, Lydia is a "Designation Candidate Mentor" assisting appraisers in their journey along the designation path with the Appraisal Institute.
Lydia is a GAA (all real property) designated member of the National Association of REALTORs (NAR). She is has also been awarded the REALTOR designation, as a senior appraisal member of NAR
